Returns & Refunds
You can return items within 30 days of purchase. If you return a damaged item, the full price will be deducted from your refund. If you received a free item with your order, it must also be returned in good condition. If it’s not, the full price will be deducted from your refund.
We have three types of return options for your convenience:
- Exchange: Return your item and request an exchange—this option is free.
- Refund: Return your item and request a refund—this option includes a 15% fee of the items returned.
- Store Credit: Return your item for store credit and get an extra $10 to shop with us—this option is free.
FREE return shipping is only available for US customers.
Please note that Flash Sale items cannot be returned.
The return process typically takes between 1-2 weeks. Please note that a 15% return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the value of the items you are returning. Once we’ve received and inspected your order, the refund will be issued to your payment method. Use the tracking number on your return label to check the status with USPS or FedEx.
Please note that original shipping costs and customs charges are non-refundable.
The exchange process takes between 1-2 weeks, including the time it takes for the item to arrive at our warehouse. No shipping fees will be deducted from your exchange. Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange and ship your order to the original address provided.
If your order arrives with defects or damage within 30 days of purchase, you can return or exchange it. A 15% return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund based on the value of the items if you choose to return your order.
If these conditions are not met, the return request will not be processed.

Shipping & Delivery
Yes, you can update your shipping address before your order ships from our warehouse. To do this, simply contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Please note that the address cannot be changed once the order has shipped. We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address information, and refunds are not provided for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
We process orders within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We ship through FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
Delivery usually takes 3-8 business days from the carrier receiving the package. Times may vary depending on the carrier and during peak seasons.
Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.
If your tracking link shows the package as delivered but you have yet to receive it, check with household members, neighbors, and around your property. Contact your local courier to confirm the delivery status. We do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that international shipping charges do not include customs, import duties, or tax fees. These fees are determined by your country and are your responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific details on these charges.
No, Hot Vita is an online-only store. Make purchases through our website www.hotvita.com to avoid counterfeit products.
Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to report a lost package. Reports made after this period will not be eligible for investigation or compensation.
We do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Hot Vita is not responsible for these packages.

Payments

To pay with a gift card:

If you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank typically takes at least 75 days to resolve. Please note that during this period, any processes initiated with us (such as returns, exchanges, or warranty claims) will be paused until the bank makes a decision.
Subscription Program
When you sign up for a Hot Vita Subscription, you'll be charged automatically for each order until you cancel or pause your subscription.
No, it's up to you to manage their subscription and skip unwanted orders. To pause, skip, or delay an order, changes must be made four days before the next shipment. Otherwise, the products will be shipped as scheduled.

Any missing item from an order must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Any complaints made after this period will not qualify for replacement or refund. Customers are responsible for inspecting their orders upon delivery and reporting any issues within the specified timeframe.
If your order shows no transit movement for an extended period and our team has contacted you via email regarding the issue, you will have 14 calendar days from the date of our outreach to confirm how you wish to proceed.
If we do not receive a response within this 14-day window, your case will be automatically considered resolved on the 15th day. At that point, no reshipment or refund will be issued.
